Delivery Updates

When Ordering: We give estimated delivery times upfront on the individual product pages. These delivery times are given in standard working days, which are Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00 (excluding Bank Holidays).

After Ordering: We will provide you with more accurate delivery updates after we have processed your order, the information provided will depend on the delivery service that’s available for the products you order and will be sent to the email address you enter during checkout. We may provide a planned delivery date, tracking information or simply further instructions if updates are to come directly from a supplier or delivery partner.

Before Delivery: Deliveries are made on commercial vehicles up to 18-tonne rigid lorries, so please let us know about access restrictions, safe places and further instructions ASAP, as failed deliveries may incur additional costs, especially for bulky or palletised deliveries.

During Delivery: Small items will be delivered to your door via courier, however, bulkier items, will require a specialist or palletised services. Palletised deliveries will be made on a lorry equipped with a tail-lift and pallet truck, so the driver will unload your order and place it at the nearest road access point to the delivery address (kerbside delivery). The delivery drivers will not provide labour and physically move the building materials to where you need them, so please ensure that somebody with the ability and willingness to handle the goods accepts the delivery.

Please keep in mind that if you order in the evening, a weekend or on a bank holiday then your order will be processed by a member of our team the next working day.

For example, if you order at 6 pm on Friday, and the products are on a 1-3 Working Day delivery time. Then you will receive delivery updates when your order is processed/dispatched the following Monday, meaning that Tuesday would be delivery day number 1.
