It depends on what you’re looking to purchase, however, product specific delivery times are displayed on individual product pages.

The majority of deliveries are made on the standard working day, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 (exlcuding bank holidays).

The majority of the products on our website, have comprehensive information, as well as installation guides etc, available on the individual product pages. We also have additional advice and measuring guides below to help with project planning.

No we don’t offer trade specific prices or discounts as we already offer our very best prices upfront on our website and these everyday low prices are available to all customer whether they’re public or trade.

We’re an online shop so we simply supply the goods, you would need to arrange the installation yourself.

Yes we do, however, eligibility for cancellation and return depends on the type of product(s) ordered, when they were delivered and whether the order was placed by a consumer or a business.
