Your eligibility for cancellation depends on the type of product(s) you ordered, when your order was delivered and whether you’re a consumer or a business. We do not accept partial returns or left-over materials.

We will reply to your request using the email address provided when the order was placed so please ensure that accurate information is provided.
Business customers do not have statutory cancellation rights. A business customer is any individual or organisation purchasing goods for trade or professional use, including orders placed using company details or indicating business use.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted at our discretion, and any approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
All returns must be requested and approved in advance using the Cancellation & Return Request Form. Do not send goods back without approval, as unauthorised returns may be rejected. You must provide proof of dispatch, and items remain your responsibility until safely received and accepted by us.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and then a further 14 days to return them. Return costs are your responsibility unless the items are faulty.
To be eligible for a return, you must include all goods, unused, in their original packaging, and in clean, dry, resaleable condition. We may refuse returns or apply deductions if items are not returned in a suitable condition. Certain items cannot be returned, including made-to-order products, cut-to-size materials, perishable goods, and left-over materials.
Goods that have been installed, used, altered, or exposed to site conditions (such as dirt, moisture, or weather) are not considered resaleable and cannot be returned. Please ensure all items are checked before installation or use.
