Ultratile, offered by Britmet Lightweight Roofing, has gained significant popularity as a preferred option for various Leisure Homes, such as Park Homes, Stables, Chalets, and Camping Pods. This roofing solution is specifically designed to emulate the appearance of traditional tiles, providing a classic aesthetic. The Ultratile system is completely dry-fixed and is available in a range of six colours, ensuring seamless integration with any type of building.
Manufactured in the West Midlands, Ultratile is crafted using high-quality Aluzinc steel and carefully pressed into the timeless profile of a pantile. Each Ultratile is equivalent to the coverage of eight conventional tiles, delivering excellent efficiency. Additionally, it can be securely installed on roof pitches as low as 10°, further enhancing its versatility.
Simply, calculate the square meterage of your roof by multiplying the length by the width in metres (L x W = M2), then multiply that square meterage using the guide above.
For example: if you have a 5 metre x 3 metre roof, then the equation would be 5 x 3 = 15, then 15 x 2.18 = 32.7 (rounded up to 33 Britmet Ultratile)*.
