Product Description

ClassicBond® EPDM Rubber Roof Covering 1.50mm

This roofing product is recognised as one of the most reliable, durable and sustainable materials for your flat roof. The EPDM roofing system provides ultimate longevity, with a proven track record of over 50 years service life.

ClassicBond® roofing systems are the perfect solution for your garage, shed or flat roof repair. The fully adhered application allows for installation on any roof slope. The environmentally friendly system is manufactured by Carlisle-Syntec, who pioneered EPDM roofing systems in the 1960s.

Specification

The Rubber Roof Covering 1.50mm thick membrane is sold by the running metre cut from large sheets starting at 0.5m in width and increasing in 0.5m increments up to 30 metres in length, by 9.15 metres in width. This means no joins are required as long as the roof does not exceed these measurements and makes the ClassicBond EPDM the best for quick and easy installation.

ClassicBond EPDM is available in two thicknesses:

  • 1.2mm (standard)

  • 1.52mm (commercial)

Why Choose ClassicBond® EPDM?

The ClassicBond Rubber Roof Covering 1.50mm roof system is designed to be cost effective and far easier to install than traditional DIY flat roof systems, saving you both time and money. For most applications the membrane is cut to the size of your roof and supplied as a single piece, finished with the correct drip, kerb edge and wall up-stand trims.

BBA Certified and preferred by roofing professionals, ClassicBond is tangibly more pliable, slate grey in colour and is the ideal EPDM rubber roof covering for both large and small flat roofs.

With maintenance free properties the EPDM membrane is strong yet lightweight and is not affected by extreme temperatures. Within the temperature range of -40ºC to +120ºC the membrane will not crack, peel or split.

Please be aware that this is a bespoke order item and cannot be returned once dispatched

You must allow an extra 150mm to each edge, roofin cannot be held responsible for incorrectly measured orders

After Ordering: We will provide you with more accurate delivery updates after we have processed your order, the information provided will depend on the delivery service that’s available for the products you order and will be sent to the email address you enter during checkout. We may provide a planned delivery date, tracking information or simply further instructions if updates are to come directly from a supplier or delivery partner. Before Delivery: Deliveries are made on commercial vehicles up to 18-tonne rigid lorries, so please let us know about access restrictions, safe places and further instructions ASAP, as failed deliveries may incur additional costs, especially for bulky or palletised deliveries. During Delivery: Small items will be delivered to your door via courier, however, bulkier items, will require a specialist or palletised services. Palletised deliveries will be made on a lorry equipped with a tail-lift and pallet truck, so the driver will unload your order and place it at the nearest road access point to the delivery address (kerbside delivery). The delivery drivers will not provide labour and physically move the building materials to where you need them, so please ensure that somebody with the ability and willingness to handle the goods accepts the delivery. Please keep in mind that if you order in the evening, a weekend or on a bank holiday then your order will be processed by a member of our team the next working day. For example, if you order at 6 pm on Friday, and the products are on a 1-3 Working Day delivery time.
